Venues with accommodation
For events requiring on-site lodging, we select properties that guarantee high-quality hospitality, well-designed rooms, and versatile indoor/outdoor spaces. We coordinate all logistics to ensure a seamless experience for guests and vendors.
Venues without accommodation
For events hosted in villas, historic estates, rooftops, gardens, or contemporary spaces, we manage all external logistics—transfers, nearby hotels, and supplier coordination—to ensure a smooth and cohesive event flow.
1. Initial Request
Couples submit their request for a quotation. We do not send a generic portfolio or price list. Instead, every proposal is tailored to their vision and needs.
2. Booking a Consultation
They schedule a consultation call through our calendar.
This ensures our first conversation is structured, private, and fully dedicated to their project.
3. First Consultation
During the first call, we discuss:

At this stage, we also guide them toward the best areas for their type of wedding.
4. Contract & Deposit
Once they decide to proceed, clients sign the contract and complete the deposit payment to officially secure our services.

After the contract is signed, we schedule a second video call dedicated to:

5. Venue Selection Phase
