The planning process is built for remote collaboration — every couple receives a private Google Drive folder with venue videos, vendor proposals, moodboards, and budget files updated in real time. Most U.S. couples visit once for a site inspection and tasting, typically six to nine months before the wedding. Some plan the entire celebration without setting foot in Italy until the wedding week.
